This office is wonderful and caring, I tried to make an appointment but was too late and they still saw me! Dr. McDaniel was kind and compassionate for my eye care, everyone I spoke with was great and you can tell they greatly care about you. Before being seen at Mascoutah Eye Care I went to one of the big chain locations and was treated like a number not a person. Not here! If you need eye care please talk with these folks and trust your eyes to Mascoutah Eye Care and their Doctors, you'll be glad you did.
Dr. McDaniel is truly amazing! The look on my husband's face and his excitement today was one of the best moments of my life!!My sister in law had found the information on the clinic and we emailed on New Year's Eve thinking it would just go to the clinic and we would hear from them when they were open next... But a few minutes later I received a new email and it was from Dr. McDaniel HERSELF!!!! We went today for the exam and she was so kind, took all the time we needed and was as excited for my husband as I was! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
Great service, great staff!I definitely recommend coming here.From Swansea/Belleville/Fairview hts area, there are many other choices. Its worth a short drive for better service!
First visit at Mascoutah Eyecare today with Dr. Marianne McDaniel. I was able to get an appointment with no trouble, and witnessed the special care and respect the entire staff showed to customers. Dr. McDaniel took extra time to explain things to me, and while I was finishing with the office manager, Dr. McDaniel pitched right in to help clients in the eyeglass area. I definitely recommend this business!
I had a great experience here. Friendly, took time with me and answered all my questions. I had had a bad experience with a big local chain and was looking for an independent doctor that cares...and that is what I got! Thank you!
I had had cataract surgery two years ago and had trouble with the prescription for glasses I was given after the surgery, when I went to see Dr. McDaniel she did a complete eye exam and changed my prescription, I can't believe the difference having the correct prescription makes. I would not hesitate to recommend her and her knowledgeable staff, they are terrific.
We are so excited! After receiving her new, low vision glasses, our Aunt Betty, was able to, "see the birds on the bird feeder" and "watched from a distance as the little ones got on the school bus." She's beginning to be able to read her mail again. She has Macular Degeneration and lives in Indiana and was told there was nothing further to aid her vision. Seeing the ad, we took a chance and are so happy we did! Dr. McDaniels was VERY patient and truly listens to her patient's needs. We're so grateful we found such a caring doctor.
